On 14th January, 2009, Mr. Clarence Joslin simply known to us in the Bhutanese Community here in the Bay Area as “Budd”, passed away due to his health complications.
Budd will forever be remembered as a man with a kind soul who reached out to the Bhutanese Community and helped the people within it. He was a man who embodied the best in a human being. He always helped others before he helped himself. He was a father to the entire community. He looked after us, taking care of all of our needs and wants. He supported us and guided us. His smile cherished the people around him. He was a star within our community. And now that star is gone, not into darkness, but into eternal brightness.
May his soul rest in peace.
