We urge all Nepali organizations and individuals to participate in US Census to report on the number of Nepali speaking people correctly. It is very critical that our numbers are well represented. Kindly circulate to your organization’s mailing list and friends and family and encourage them participate. Thanks.

हाम्रो समुदायको बलियो भविष्यका लागि आवश्यक सेवाहरू प्राप्त गर्नलाई, हामीले पहिले बुझ्नुपर्ने हुन्छ कि हामी राष्ट्रका रूपमा को हौँ। त्यसैले जनगणना हुने गर्छ ।

The 2010 Census will provide a snapshot of who we are as a nation. It answers questions like how many people are here, who we are, and where we live. Taken every 10 years, census data help your community receive its fair share of federal funding for programs and services. By completing your census questionnaire, you can directly affect the quality of life in your community. Help your community receive the funds it requires. Ensure that everyone is counted.
