Happy International Women’s Day

Today is a very important day for the women all over the world. We are celebrating Women’s Day as the day of solidarity among women.

More than half of the total populations on earth are women. Still, our daughters, sisters and mothers are facing hardship. We have been working hard to maintain peace and happiness in the family, society, country and the world.

A woman who has to struggle to make livelihood but gives everything to bring smile on other’s face should be saluted. They deserve our praise for their courage.

Today is the day we women need to swear to do the best for the human beings. Let’s remember those who encouraged us- Florence Nightingale, Madame Curie, Mother Teresa and Valentina Tereskhova, etc.

We can remember Sita Mata, Bhrikuti, Rajendra Laxmi, Parijat, Chandani Shah, Pasang Lhamu Sherpa, Tara Devi, Aruna Lama, Sailaja Acharya and others in Nepali context.

I ask all women to bring the courage in ourselves to help our family, society, nation and the world covered with peace, tranquility and happiness.

Finally, on this very important International Women’s Day, I congratulate all the women all over the world for realizing their importance. Let’s celebrate it with happiness and joy.
